Because we maintain sites for clients who work across a number of industries, the shipping policies are generally personalised to suit the website. For example, keithroost.com supplies books and DVD's from the websites shop. These are physical goods which can usually be dispatched from stock and therefore only need a short shipping time. Artist Gloria Dean (www.gloriadean.com) on the other hand ships stock items, and made to order items, as well as fragile artwork which requires particular handling. Clearly these are significantly different to instantly downloading a digital product, so as you see shipping policies have to be personalised somewhat.

Shipping policy
Before we bore you with ‘details’, let us be clear on our shipping ‘philosophy’:
· We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible.
· To keep things simple, we offer Free Shipping to Mainland UK, on all orders over £50;
Shipping to areas outside mainland UK is charged at cost.. Please use the contact form to ascertain an accurate shipping cost to your destination.
If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), you are charged what we are charged; we are not in business to ‘profit’ from shipping;
· We aim to under commit; and over deliver on service.
Our primary Postal service is Royal Mail/ Parcelforce
Where possible we will aim for recorded delivery on the next working day following despatch. This will need to be signed for and if your not there, and have not arranged for packages to be received by a neighbour, the postman will leave a card telling you what to do. If you miss the postman, you will have to arrange redelivery or collect from a post office at a later date.
Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:
1. ‘Availability’. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is indicated on our shop, but please do not count on that. We will email confirmation of despatch.
2. The method of delivery – Mainland UK is fairly straight forward, international delivery is subject to many factors including flight delays and customs.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on ‘business’ days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

Orders over £50.00 qualify for Free Shipping. Free shipping available only within the U.K. mainland.
Calculating Cost
We do not profit from shipping. Should you request express delivery, or if we're shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package.
International Shipping
If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email to keith@keithroost.com. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payments for orders shipped abroad). A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements.
